2024 GRAMMY’S RED CARPET BEST DRESSED

For the first time in years I actually watched the award show not from the beginning but when I turned it on, Olivia Rodrigo was performing her hit song Vampire. But of course seeing all of the red carpet fashion was my favorite part, which is what I am going to get into right away ladies.

1. Halle Bailey

She looks amazing and the new mother opting for the mermaid style gown was no shocker since she was Ariel in the new live action film. I love the sparkles and the v neck style and the minimalism with the jewelry was a great choice.

I love her personal style so she can do no wrong with anything she wears. This is the first time I've seen her wearing a hairstyle that isn't dreads, but I love how she looks with both styles.

2. Chole Bailey

She looks so good in this gown, I love the gold embellishments and the cut outs. I also love that she wore gold rings on almost every finger and her gold bracelet was a perfect pair for her gold heels. Like her sister I really like her personal style as well, because she always looks great and can do no wrong with her outfits.

3. Jordan Sparks

This gown although in a neutral color is very stylish and the corset style at the top with a mermaid style train is super chic. I like the small peepshow cutouts at the bottom of the corset is a stylish embellishment. Only thing I have to critic is she should've worn some jewelry.

3. Coco Jones

She looks like the black Cinderella with a sexy twist, the sparkle and v neck is amazing on her. I also like the chest chain she wore and the chandelier earrings was a great pair with her silver strapy heels. This is a chic gown.

4. Victoria Monet

The corset with the rutched waist is a super sophisticated style for her gown and she looks good. I enjoy the fact that she to went with minimal jewelry to not take the attention away from her gown and her macthing bracelet is everything her look needed.

5. Ice Spice

Although she isn't wearing a gown, I really like the fact that she brought Baby Phat to the red carpet. The denim two piece with fur embellishments was a great idea and the Baby Phat logo belt was also a good pair for the whole look. I would wear this, myself.

6. Fantasia

Lace with black was a chic & stylish pair for her gown right down to her lace styled heels. I like that she wore her jewelry on top of her matching pagent gloves. Additionally, I like the ruffle style collar that shows a deep v neck slit.

7. Tyla

The color really goes well with her skin tone, The sparkle mesh gives this cutout dress a very stylish feel to it. I love how she looks and takes risks with all the cut outs, high side split and ruffle bottom.

8. Lady London

She is giving pin up girl from the old days with her hairstyle and I am here for it. I like the mermaid style and the side embellishment giving a half heart. Her jewelry is beautiful and I love everything about her gown.

9. Paris Hilton

This turquoise color looks amazing on her, I like the web style embellishments and the side cut out at the sides. The mermaid style gown paired with her matching bracelet and chandieler earrings made this gown even more chich & stylish.

10. Kendra G

I love the mesh cut-out and the glittery ness of this long sleeve gown and I've always loved the high side split. What I really enjoyed about this gown is that she kept it simple and paired it with matching black heels.

11. Janelle Monae

I love everything about her gown and thin she looks great!. I'm not sure if the thing on the front underneath the v neck is LOL but it pairs good with. This sequins black gown is super cute with the silver lining.

12. Kandi Buruss

She looks good! I love the flapper style stringy emebllishments in silver and the black mesh. The razor back strappy trend was a great chic way to make this dress excentuate her arms and chest.

13. Shelia E

The quilt design was super cute with the color pallete choosen and I love that she stuck with the glitter/sparkle with her sneakers. She looks amazing and I definitely would wear this suit.

14. Gayle King

This is a glamourous jumpsuit she is shining bright with the glitter and I am hear for the whole look. Looking good Mrs. King.

15. Olivia Rodrigo

This is a simple & elegant dress and she looks so nice. I like the studs that are throughout the entire dress the grouping at the top & bottom.

16. Taylor swift

A super simple 60's Barbie gown with a modern day twist with the very high side split. She looks nice and I also love the silver with black jewelry necklaces she paired with it.

17. Nicki Nicole

Her gown is simply styled and fits her well. I think she looks great & like that she was minimal with her jewelry.

18. Vick Hope

High split and shiny pattern is my favorite part of her gown. The side train is amazing as well, which is fit for an awards red carpet look. She looks glamourous & elegant.

This red carpet had the trend of mermaid style gowns, cut outs & simple jewelry, which I really enjoyed. Everyone had amazing style and wore it well so a round of applause for all of you.

I enjoyed Jay Z's speech while accepting his Dr. Dre impact around so much, because he was right about everything he was saying and made me laugh when he said "some of y'all don't deserve to be up there" LOL blaming it on being nervous was a interesting way to attempt not to make people feel a type of way about what he said. My toxic side wishes he would've name dropped who he was specifically talking about LOL.
