WINTER STYLE IDEAS & MY OOTD
Hello Fashion dolls!
The weather this winter season has gotten to a very cold start here in LA, it's been so cold at night that you need to layer up if you plan on being out during the nighttime or you'll shiver.
Of course, It was fun putting together the looks and I don't own the rights to any of the items used in my collage, they were provided for free use by the platform I used to create them.
This time of the year for generations has been known for new year's resolutions and life changing decisions, but for me as always, the end of the year came quicker then it felt that it did. Well with 2021 coming to an end I want to share some style ideas that will be great for cold weather and different occasions to wear them for.
ABOUT YESTERDAY OOTD
Hair gel: Clear ice / Edge control: Instant control / Hair spray: TRESemme' extra firm control
I wasn't in the mood for having my hair down but wanted to stick with a simple look, so I used a bun maker to style my hair in a military bun with a part down the middle and I haven't done this look in a while either.
Yesterday we were going to run some errands and I was waiting for my Husband to finish getting ready to leave and took some kitchen table selfies to pass time with LOL.
I should've used my ring light when I took these photos but since we were getting ready to go, I didn't have time to go grab it from upstairs plug it in and then shoot photos LOL.
Posing for photos isn't always the simplest thing to do, because you don't always get the best photo the first try and I was happy to not have had that problem when I took these table selfies LOL.
Shirt/leggings: Leg end active wear / Sweater: Bebe / Jacket: Boomy apparel / Shoes: Guess
These yoga pants are super comfortable and have two side pockets that can fit an iPhone 11 and a small wallet. The shirt is also very comfortable and soft material, it kind of keeps you a little cooled off because of the material it's made from.
I've been needing to add more active wear to my wardrobe, because I want to get back into doing yoga twice a week on my days off from work. This would be a great look to wear while working out and running errands, because you're comfortable and cute at the same time.
STYLE IDEAS 2021
These outfits are super cute and stylish, I would wear them to a meeting with a client, girl's night, date night or family outing. Wintertime also means you need a heavy coat or jacket to keep you warmer because those can also be a great way to style these outfits as well.
At times pants are thinner than you expect them to be, and, in that case, I suggest wearing a thin pair of leggings underneath them that can help keep you warm as well (I do this myself). I will be doing another post about jackets, vests and blazers within the next few days so look out for that.
Thank you for continuing to follow my journey and reading my blog. I hope that these looks have helped you with choosing some new styles in your wardrobe and taking fashion risks. Stay blessed and keep God first.
