Hello Fashion dolls,
I have been looking for the perfect New Year's Eve dress and heels for myself, because I will be hosting a party this year so I want to be cute and stylish for my big party I'm throwing. Although I probably will be having it at my own house, what you wear is just as important as who will be cooking or catering the party this year and I'm undecided on what dress to get.
So, let's get into discussing what to wear for New Year's Eve parties this year and what heels you should pair with it. I don't own the rights to the photos, I just googled some outfit ideas and these were a few of the photos that popped up during my search.
My party won't have a formal or cocktail attire dress code, but the only thing I do ask is that my attendees don't wear sweats with a t-shirt because everyone is going to be filmed and photographed for my social media and website usage.

Of course, every fashionista knows that New Year's Eve is the time we all want to glimmer and shine like diamonds so if we all are going to stick with that as the theme of outfits, it's traditional to wear something that sparkles and glimmers in the light and there are so many styles of dresses to choose from. For example, dress length, sleeves or sleeveless, v neck or no v neck and with or without a side split; these dilemmas are what make choosing a difficult.
I normally want to dress a little warmer when going out to a party in case I will be walking a distance to and from the car when we find parking. But this year no matter what I know that I want to wear a statement dress or jumpsuit, and I'm hoping I can find a venue or rent a house.

Choosing the right pair of heels for your dress is essential for the whole look to come out the best. I'm in love with open toe heels and strappy style heels, so of course that would be the main focus in my search. Something else I also really like as a style for heels is embellishments, because I am the statement so adding a little sass on my feet.
For some reason I really need open toe heels for my New Year's Eve look and of course that's why there is so many of them in my post today. Although I'm sure it's going to be a cold one that night, I don't care I will be wearing my feet out and won't let cold weather stop me.
Which look and pair of heels is your favorite? Share your thoughts in the comment section and let me know which you would prefer to wear. Also, let me know what you think is missing from my choices.
I didn't look up any makeup trends but definitely looking forward to buying a new eyeshadow palette and dress to wear for my party. I will do my best to vlog and maybe podcast during the party to show just how fabulous everything turned out or if I changed my plans all together.
So, be sure to stay tuned for all my new content coming up within the last few weeks of November and the month of December, because I have some great stuff coming up for you guys that you won't want to miss including podcast episodes, more style videos and all new vlogs which I haven't done in a really long time that I know you're going to enjoy.
